The “One Love: Festival of Healing” is part of Project Arboretum initiated by Cammissa Solutions to address social, economic and environmental justice issues in Paarl. The project also aims to build the skills of especially young people and provide sustainable economic development in the area. The project is supported by the Drakenstein Municipality and will contribute to the sustainability of the Institute for the Healing of Memories.

The Event will feature:

celebrated local commercial brands,

arts and crafts from the region,

music from around the world

buskers and mimes

story telling and drumming circles

Poetry sessions

massage, yoga, Tai-chi and much more

Special activities for children and young people will be offered, including a scavenger hunt, painting of peace flags, building a labyrinth, open mic sessions.

A world music interfaith service will also be offered on Sunday morning.

Tickets will be available at compu-ticket at R100 for a weekend pass.
